Sacmi-Nuovasima supplies automated equipment to Serenissima Cir

Sacmi-Nuovasima has supplied a system for the storage of unfired ceramic tiles on roller boxes and fired tiles on pallets to Serenissima Cir Industrie Ceramiche for its new plant that started up in Rubiera last June.

The equipment features loading and unloading machines controlled by an automatic laser-guided handling system with computerised supervision. Sacmi-Nuovasima also supplied the latest generation automatic sorting and palletisation lines, along with Flawmaster visual inspection systems for automatic tile selection.

The plant also features an automatic pallet handling system that automates the entire finished product packaging process as far as the warehouse.
