Sales figures on the up for Porcelanosa
2013 was a positive year for the Porcelanosa Group of Vila-real (Castellón) which, as president Hector Colonques announced at the beginning of March, increased its turnover by 7-8% compared with the previous year.
And here too, the upturn experienced by the Spanish giant - with 5,000 employees and market share in a hundred or so countries - can be attributed to the growth of its exports.
With over 400 Porcelanosa showrooms scattered worldwide - the most recent ones were opened in Nice and Shanghai - and a distribution network that continues to expand on a global level, internationalisation continues to be the lever which maintains this upward trend according to Colonques, and it is in this direction that the group is concentrating all its efforts with the purpose of expanding.
Main objectives: strengthening the group's presence in the US and expanding its business in Asia.
