Sicer's Cersaie and Tecnargilla Preview evening a big success
More than 250 customers attended the Cersaie and Tecnargilla Preview evening organised by the Italian colour and glaze producer Sicer to present its latest new products ahead of the two major international exhibitions to be held in September.
Taking centre stage were the exclusive "G R A DRY-LUX - The Unique Dry Application Grits" range of cutting-edge grits for mirror honing and the brand new ".LE" - Low Emission Digital Inks series of innovative eco-solvent-based ceramic inks, which will be produced and sold from September onwards.
The event was held on 18 July in Sicer’s headquarters in Ubersetto (Modena), opened just over a year ago.
For the occasion, the Sicer Gallery exhibited a wide range of slabs and panels produced by major ceramic groups using the company’s products, particularly the new G R A DRY-LUX grits.
Customers also showed keen interest in the ".LE" low-emission inks, which were presented using slides to demonstrate the exceptional results that can be achieved.
Along with refreshments and live music, the large outdoor garden hosted a spectacular installation consisting of a series of ten 160x320 cm ceramic slabs produced using Sicer’s unique new six-colour printing process, including its proprietary Rosso (Red) and Giallo assoluto (Absolute yellow) inks.
The highly successful event further underscores Sicer’s commitment to research and development of new products. Considering the large number and innovative content of its latest proposals, the company has decided to take part this year in both Cersaie (hall 33, stand E9-D10) and Tecnargilla (hall C1, stand 031), where its stand - christened the "Technology Room" - will be devoted to meetings and discussions about new technologies.
