Southeast Asia chooses dry milling
The Vietnamese Prime Group, together with Thai Ceramic Co. (SCG Group) and Royal Ceramic (Union Mosaic Group) are just some of the major South East Asian tile producers who have chosen MS Drytech dry milling, provided by Manfredini and Schianchi.
Technological innovation is continually evolving and, thanks to the Sassuolo-based company's committed efforts in R&D, it is now possible to use raw materials which, due to high levels of humidity, are not suited to the traditional dry milling process but are nonetheless sought after in the ceramics industry because of their performance characteristics.
Molomax pendular mills guarantee high performance by way of new drying air circulation systems, allowing raw materials to be treated with humidity levels of over 20%, practically zero gas consumption and a consequent reduction in costs and environmental impact.
