System si rafforza in Brasile
System's technologies for decoration, sorting and palletisation have confirmed their penetration of the Brazilian market in recent months and have been adopted by some of the country's leading companies.
Biancogres has signed an agreement for the supply of a second QualitronNG system and the Maxi-Compenser from Nuova Era. Installed directly on the kiln line, the Qualitron System ensures high performance through fully automatic adjustment of the size change and product change operations to allow for extremely rapid changeover from one batch to another. The system caters for very high productivity on extremely rapid lines and the need for automatic monitoring and integrated control of parameters. These latter functions are performed by the system of ultra-sensitive video cameras which solve all problems relating to tonal variation (even complex or on dark backgrounds). The same system was supplied in 2008 to the Brazilian company's factory located in Pisoforte.
The Maxi-Compenser represents the new generation of storage equipment from Nuova Era, capable of storing unfired tiles at the kiln entrance and offering considerable advantages due to the small dimensions of the machine. The Maxi-Compenser, whose main characteristics are its extremely high production capacity and high degree of flexibility for various types of function, will also be installed at the facility of Incesa along with an Easy Line sorting line and a Falcon Millennium palletiser. Majopar, Incapisus and Ceral have also decided to expand their production facilities with Rotocolor, Easy line and Falcon Millennium systems, all designed to meet the toughest requirements in terms of speed and performance.
The Roboairbox overhead storage system, Easy Line sorting lines and Falcon Millennium palletisers were chosen by Embramaço, Cerbras and the newly formed company Ceramica Karina, which will also install a Maxi-Compenser.
