There is a historic record in visitors for Tecnargilla. The world's leading fair for technologies applied to the ceramic and brick industries has closed on friday September 26th in Rimini registering 32,120 visitors i.e. 5.5% growth on the previous event in 2012. The number of presences at the fair was the highest ever in the history of the event, that reached its twenty-fourth edition this year.
There was also a new record in the international character of the event.
International visitors from 101 countries represented 49% of total presences, confirming that Tecnargilla is one of the most international of the world fairs, as well as its record as the most-attended fair in the ceramic technologies sector.
International operators who came to Rimini numbered 15,770 representing +6.4% growth on 2012.
Their profile is of the utmost significance: the majority of visitors were technical area decision makers, representatives of the owners or top managers of the world's most important companies in the ceramic and brick industries.
After the decline registered in 2012, the number of Italian visitors has also grown. This is an important indicator of the desire of Italian ceramic companies to invest in innovative technologies once again.
16,350 local industry professionals visited the fair (+4.6% on 2012).
