Tecnargilla hosts 3 conferences on Circular economy, exports and financing R&D
“The ceramic industry towards a circular economy model” is the title of the Conference organised by the Italian Ceramic Society in cooperation with Acimac and Tecnargilla, which will be held at Tecnargilla (Diotallevi Room) on 26 September.
The highly topical issue of the circular economy is crucial to national and international environmental policies and is of particular interest to the ceramic sector. The Conference explores an approach involving a radical transformation of the classic production model in keeping with virtuous criteria of low-impact products and processes, fairness and high social and territorial values.
Talks will be given by Luisa Barbieri (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia); Michele Dondi (CNR-ISTEC and chairman of ICerS); Davide Settembre Blundo (Gresmalt); Fernando E. García-Muiña (Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid); Andrea Conti (Confindustria Ceramica); Barbara Mazzanti (Centro Ceramico); Luca Zanchi (FEDABO), Andrea Morfino and Mirca Di Domenico (thinkstep).
This will be followed on 27 September by two conferences organized by ACIMAC, one technical and the other financial:
- “Exporting tiles and ceramic machinery worldwide: Focus on Brazil (update to standard NR 12 for machinery) and Focus on Russia (tile labelling obligations)”
- “Operational updates on measures and instruments for financing research/innovation and the purchase of capital goods: European calls for tender, R&D Tax Credit, Hyper-Amortisation 4.0”.
