Tejra Aguereb chooses Bedeschi to upgrade its production plant
Tejra Aguereb, a brick and tile producer located in Sfax, Tunisia, has chosen Bedeschi technology for its new 1600 ton/day production line.
The Italian plant manufacturer supplied the preparation line, silo and extruder, including two CNL 8/1500 large apron feeders for the two types of clay, one CNG 4/1200 type apron feeder with rubber belt to lighten the mixture by adding sand, and one RS 650/1500 type large crusher.
The new line will enable the Tunisian company to work both with moist material (using the DS 650/1500 disintegrator after the crusher and two LPS 12x10 roller mills operating in parallel) and with dry material.
In this latter case, the line downstream of the disintegrator is equipped with a mobile conveyor belt which transports the material to a series of hoppers to feed 4 large impact crushers, two of which are in operation and two are on stand-by.
The line then continues with two CNL 8/1500 apron feeders with a high capacity for batching the clay to the GGS 5000, which then feeds the silo.
The silo is equipped with one BEL F 130/14 type lateral bucket reclaimer. At the silo exit the line splits into two identical sections consisting of two CNL 6/1500 apron feeders, two LPS 12x2 latest-generation roller mills, two GG 4500 units and two BED 750 SLS extruders, complete with belt conveyors and electrical boards.
The line will begin production in the near future.
