Tubadzin expands into the large size tile segment

Tubadzin Group, one of Poland’s leading ceramic tile manufacturers with headquarters in Ozorkow, recently started up its third greenfield plant for the production of large size ceramic panels using Continua+ technology.

The new plant began operation a few weeks ago, in November 2016, in the town of Sieradz, near community Wróblew where the group operates its Tubadzin I plant and about 80 km from Ozorkow where Tubadzin II is based.

The top management of the company, owned by Andrzej Wodzynski and his wife Joanna, expects the investment of more than 35 million euros (about 160 million PLN) to create at least 160 new jobs within a year of start-up.

We spoke to Andrzej Wodzynski, who gave us an overview of the group’s structure and current activity. He described the characteristics and aims of the new industrial project and how it will help the company move forward.
