Ceramiche Piemme

Ceramiche Piemme is set to install a second Durst Gamma DG digital glazing system. The first Gamma DG 101 machine will now be joined by the Durst Gamma DG 141 for large sizes.

Piemme is adopting a series of Industry 4.0 technologies for more efficient plant management, starting with the “Hypermate powered by Prime” platform from System Ceramics and including key machines for the sorting, packaging and palletising departments.

Sacmi has installed a complete system for recovering heat from the fumes emitted by the turbine.

Design atmospheres for Ceramiche Piemme new ceramic collections: Glitch designed by Benoy, Materia, Soul, Opulence, Venetian Marble and the Tailor Made Project.

Ceramiche Piemme posted 8% revenue growth in 2016 and reached all-time record levels in June 2017. At Cersaie 2017 the company presented 5 new collections, including the 120x240 cm format.

The award honours the most innovative products in the Italian ceramic industry, selecting the most worthy in terms of originality, technology and innovation.
