Assoprint: three new lines of Rollmaster rollers

The Assoprint laboratory produces three new lines of Rollmaster rollers:
- H17 Deep Structure, for highly textured surfaces;
- H12 Soft, specially for textures and tile edges;
- H21 Endurance, for manufacturers requiring a highly durable roller.

All rollers in the Assoprint range are perfectly laserable. The polymer used to create the silicone has the big advantage of not containing silicone oil, so it is not susceptible to oil release. This is particularly crucial during the engraving stage.

For perfect decoration of textured surfaces, the Rollmaster H17 Deep Structure roller is available with a 5 mm layer of extra-soft 0 shore silicone. Rollmaster H17 Deep Structure allows for excellent laserability, largely due to the absence of silicone oil which makes it immediately ready for use without the need for preliminary washes. The thickness of the silicone surface layer allows it to be engraved to a much greater depth, making for very large cavities. This makes it possible to apply large quantities of colour and cover the height differences of the surface.

Again for textured surfaces, where excellent engraving definition and edge printing are required, Assoprint proposes H12 Soft, a soft roller that is easy to engrave and maintains lasting softness. It is ideal for floor tiles and is particularly suitable for decorating irregular surfaces with cavities and depressions glazed using double disk or airless systems.

For lines with very high productivity and high printing speeds, the ideal solution is H21 Endurance, which guarantees exceptional durability and outstanding abrasion resistance. The excellent laserability of the silicone allows for high print definition, which together with the exceptional durability has proved to be a winning choice on floor and wall tile glazing lines with decoration speeds of up to 60 m/min.
