CMF Technology presents Quicktile

Building on experience acquired in the engineering and fabrication of weighing and batching plants (Tech Towers, dry colouring plants, weighing and batching plants for raw materials, etc.), CMF Technology has developed Quicktile, a powerful new supervisor unit for control and management of automatic body preparation plants.

Quicktile is a powerful supervision software which manages control and interface with the entire plant. Complete with pages for synoptic display, recipe setting, parameters, control indicators, information on current production and past production logs, Quicktile features an enormous number of utilities including: consumption control for the various components (clays, feldspars, etc.); a system log acting as a kind of “black box” memorising all the operations performed by the system; password protected differentiated level access; and remote assistance via Internet. Quicktile can also be customised and fitted with accessories according to different customer and plant requirements.

In view of the advanced solutions and utilities offered by the Quicktile supervisor and the high degree of weighing accuracy of the CMF Technology equipment, American Marazzi Tiles recently reconfirmed CMF Technology as the supplier of their plants.
