Ferrari & Cigarini: New squaring bevelling machine MCB 2013
New model MCB 2013 has been projected to make the squaring , calibrating and bevelling of ceramic, marble and agglomerates with working sizes from 20x20 to 150x150 cm.
The MCB machinery can be supplied with a minimum of 3 calibrating heads, together with 1 bevelling head suitable for cut slabs; up to a maximum of 8 calibrating heads and 1 bevelling head to obtain high productions.
The main features of this new model are:
- Pushing/centering equipment of new generation for sizes till 150 cm is applied to the motors in order to allow an automatic adjustment during the change of size. The pusher introduces the tile maintaining stable and perfect its orthogonality and the stability of advancement is guaranteed by upper and lower belts.
- Operator panel with touch-screen PC for the size change and orthogonalty adjustments, that are done automatically during the process without stopping the machine.
- Motorspindle in oil bath with decimal adjustment, by means of a graduated nonius, and with 5,5 kw power and possibility to increase it till 7,5 kw for each motor-spindle.
- Free position for lower bevel.
- Upper floating bevelling heads for microbevelling process (chamfer).
- Automatic opening and closing of side for size change.
