FM presents new products at Tecnargilla

The side guide adjustment system is a simple and effective means for guiding packs on conveyor lines.

The central knob is used to tighten the side guides onto the conveyed pack so as to guide its movement with greater precision and safety. The supports are able to mount any component capable of acting as a side guide, such as the projecting roller conveyors present in the FM catalogue or a simple steel blade.

The system’s main strength is its high degree of configurability. It can be built for frames of any size up to a maximum length of 3 metres and is available in several different versions: the standard version with only central adjustment, a version with additional side adjustment, and a version with dual independent adjustment. It can also be built with one or more slideways to simplify adjustment and to enable the same system to be mounted on parallel conveyor lines. The system is available with two types of fixing support, one for L-shaped profiles and the other for commercial aluminium profiles for application to any existing structure.

The construction materials are extremely robust and suitable for transporting heavy items. The lower part of the system is protected by a rubber seal which protects the entire mechanism from dust, water and other agents that may be present.

It is suitable for a wide range of applications including tile, glass and wood production lines and packaging lines. Its high precision makes it particularly suitable for use on digital printing lines.
