Supreme Airless by Sertam
Building on its enormous experience in the field of linear motion and airless glazing, Sertam (owned by B.P. Elettronica since 2011) is presenting Supreme Airless, the station for high-speed application of glaze, engobe, crystalline and grits on large sizes up to 1700 mm.
The linear motion is managed by a brushless motor that actuates the airless spray guns.
This is the machine’s real strength, allowing it to reach high speeds without vibrations and guaranteeing perfect production application and avoiding the so-called “V overlap” problem.
A further innovation is the possibility of choosing between the single movement model and the version equipped with 4 brushless motors for independent movements.
The controller can be used to select the working speed and to set all the parameters in a simple and intuitive way. The stainless steel booth is designed to minimise the need for internal cleaning.
Glaze is applied using the automatic airless pump, the flagship product of Sertam and B.P. Elettronica.
