30 Creadigit units already in operation in Italy

Just 12 months since it was first launched, a total of 30 Creadigit digital decorating machines have been installed by 12 leading Italian companies. Casalgrande Padana, Fondovalle, Naxos, Valsecchia, Gresmalt, Mariner, Rondine, Terre di Badia, Nuova Riwal, Artistica 2, Elle and Daytona have chosen System's digital technology for its speed, productivity, ease of installation and practicality of use. The machine's reliability is guaranteed by a new hydraulic system patented by System for Creadigit, which features a double recirculation system to supply the printheads and an efficient system for loading ink on the various colour bars.

Added to this is the printhead's high delivery capacity (up to 25 g/m² for each bar), high printing speed (up to 60 metres per minute) without the need to double the bars, and high resolution of 400x400 dpi. The aim now is to rapidly double the results achieved in the first 12 months.
