Acimac conferences in 2009

As part of its promotional activities for ceramic industry supplier companies, in 2009 Acimac plans to organise 4 Conferences and produce 4 Technical Booklets on:

1. Digital decoration
2. Treatment, polishing and satin finishing of porcelain tile
3. Technologies and solutions for energy saving in the ceramic industry
4. New production trends in the ceramic glaze sector

The conferences will be held at the Acimac headquarters (Villa Marchetti, Baggiovara, MO) and will allow the speakers to present the results of their research projects and experimentation to Italian customers through technical reports lasting approximately 20 minutes. The conferences will be broadcast via streaming video on the website www.acimac.it and recorded on DVD to allow for greater dissemination of the contents by the individual companies.

The “Technical Booklets” devoted to specific themes will consist of an introductory technical outline of the subject, followed by a collection of technical articles written by companies operating in the specific segment. They will be published in Italian and English to allow for the maximum international diffusion and will be handed out free of charge at the conference, at trade fairs in Italy and abroad and as part of the teaching material for the technical courses and workshops organised by Acimac abroad.
The Booklets will also be available in pdf format on the website www.ceramicworldweb.it, where they can be downloaded free of charge by users.
