Acimac organises promotional tour in Asia

30/10/06 - Acimac, the Italian ceramic machinery and equipment manufacturers’ association, will enjoy an Asian November with three promotional and training initiatives planned for the region.
The first, to be held from 1 to 4 November in Teheran, Iran, comprises participation in the Cerafair exhibition, which hosts tile and sanitaryware producers as well as suppliers of machinery and equipment, glazes and colours and ceramic raw materials.
Acimac and the Italian Trade Commission ICE will have an institutional stand and eleven Italian companies will exhibit at the “Sistema Italia” pavilion (Alpina Industriale, Assostampi, CAMI Depurazioni, Euroscreen, Ingegneria Ceramica, Nuovafima, Piccinini Impianti, Premier, System, Tecnema and T.S.C).

Acimac will continue its Asian tour with two major promotional and training appointments in cooperation with ICE. The first of these, a technical training course focusing on glazing and decoration of ceramic tiles, will be held from 14 to 17 November in Delhi, India.
Several Acimac Italian member companies will showcase their technological proposals at the final day’s workshop.
These are CMF, Euromeccanica, Orizzonte, Tek Mak and System. The course is being organised with the support of Promec (Modena Chamber of Commerce agency) and ICCTAS, the Indian ceramic tile and sanitaryware manufacturers’ association.

A second Acimac-ICE training course on pressing, glazing and firing ceramic products will be held from 20 to 23 November in Bangkok, Thailand. The companies Euromeccanica, Martinelli Ettore, Tek Mak, TCK, SITI Group – Barbieri & Tarozzi and System will offer technical reports during the final workshop.
The course is supported by CICT, the Ceramic Industry Club of Thailand.
