Ancora Group opens in Brazil

Ancora Group, a leading producer of plants and systems for polishing ceramics, headquartered in Sassuolo, has opened a new site in Brazil, one of the ceramic industry’s largest markets.

Ancora Group’s new site, which will come into operation at the end of May, is located in Vinhedo, in the state of Sao Paulo, and its main task will be to provide an after-sales technical assistance service directly, for the immense territory which also includes Argentina, Venezuela, Chile and Ecuador. On site, 3 specialised Italian technicians will have machinery and tools at their disposal for reconditioning plant components subject to wear.

Thanks to this initiative, which ensures rapid response times, a number of major plants were recently sold to the ceramic manufacturers Battistella in Limiera, Villagres in Santa Gertrudes and Delta Ceramica in Rio Claro.
