Ancora supplies plant to Del Conca

A complete ceramic tile finishing plant supplied by Ancora (Siti B&T Group) to Ceramica Del Conca has been successfully started up at the company’s facility in San Clemente (Rimini).
The line consists of machines for polishing, incision, scoring/snapping, squaring and chamfering as well as a treatment system for sizes up to 1200x1200 mm capable of producing strips up to 150x1200 mm in size.
Specifically, the Polishing line consists of two modules with a total of 32 heads equipped with swinging movement and brushless motors, while the Deep Motor Cut continuous incision and score-and-snap machine combined with the alignment system gives the line maximum flexibility in the production of sub-sizes with thicknesses of up to 20 mm.
The squaring operations are performed by the Wet Squaring machine, a system consisting of two modules with 10 motorised calibrating spindles complete with upper and lower bevels capable of working with sizes up to 1200 mm.
The order also includes a Wow surface treatment application system consisting of an applicator and a 3 independent-head brushing machine for perfect product finishing.
