Bavelloni technology on display at Cevisama 2023

On display at the show, the VE 350 4 ST vertical edging machine that can work ceramic and porcelain stoneware from traditional formats up to 3-meter slabs, with thicknesses from 3 to 20 mm

From 27 February to 3 March, at Cevisama exhibition in Valencia (Spain), Bavelloni will introduce its latest dedicated solutions for ceramic and natural stone processing at the GMM Group stand (Hall N3-P4, Stand B40).

In operation at the booth, Bavelloni will be showcasing the VE 350 4 ST vertical edging machine, the smallest model in the VE ST Series. VE 350 4 ST can machine ceramic, porcelain and, in general, any composite material with uniform thickness from 3 to 20 mm. It is equipped with a cup wheel for grinding the edge of the slab (if required) and three diamond wheels for processing raw chamfers at 46°, ensuring perfect coupling by gluing, which is a common application in the production of staircases and kitchen tops.

According to Valeria Scotti (Sales Area Manager at Bavelloni Stone Machinery Division), "Bavelloni's VE ST series straight-line edgers represent an innovative solution in the field of ceramic processing technologies, as they are designed to work vertically; in addition to reducing the footprint, this feature makes them extremely user-friendly."

Positioning the workpiece vertically does not require in fact any adjustment based on the slab size: at each format change, the operator will only have to set thickness and removal from the control panel, with considerable time saving and easier set-up operations.

All models in the VE ST range are also extremely versatile; they can process not only strips or small pieces but also large slabs (up to 3 meters high), the latter being increasingly popular and appreciated by architects and designers for their most contemporary and trendy projects.

In addition to vertical edging machines, Bavelloni offers many other solutions to satisfy the needs of every workshop. The range, 100% made in Italy and distributed worldwide, includes technologies for straight and shaped dry cutting, bevelling, double edging and CNC machining.

During Cevisama, visitors will have the opportunity to watch live demonstrations of the machinery on display and talk to the company's specialists.
