B&T White holds successful "SANITARIA" event
More than 30 guests from Belarus, Russia, Brazil, South Africa, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt and other Arab countries took part in "SANITARIA, Technology, Tradition & Game", an event organised during the week of Cersaie by B&T White, the sanitaryware business unit of SITI-B&T Group.
Tuesday 24 September began with a technical conference devoted to the new generation of resin moulds for high-pressure sanitaryware casting, a solution developed by the state-of-the-art mould department opened recently at the SITI-B&T Group's Technological Centre. The participants showed a keen interest in the technology, and after a detailed theoretical introduction had the chance to see B&T White's new solutions in operation.
Fabio Tarozzi, CEO of SITI-B&T, and Eugenio Ferragina, General Manager of B&T White, welcomed guests and discussed the history and strength of a group that has an annual turnover of more than 150 million euros, annual investments of 3 million euros, more than 500 employees and branches in six countries worldwide.
During the afternoon, time was set aside for recreational activities including a go-kart race reserved for B&T White customers, a kind of Grand Prix divided into four stages with free practice runs for novice drivers. Awards were presented to the top four finishers.
The day's events were concluded with a dinner where guests had a chance to enjoy the fine food and wines of the Emilia-Romagna region, another of the local area's traditions of excellence.
