Çanakcilar Seramik starts up the second Gaiotto glazing system

Exactly one year after successfully testing the first sanitaryware glazing line, a second "sister" line, again from Gaiotto, has become operational at the plant in Gökçebey belonging to the Turkish company Çanakcilar Seramik.

This second line includes the GA 2000 robot (with self-learning programming), the new integrated Mass Control system (already with the interface in Turkish) that optimises glaze delivery, and the sprayed glaze total recovery system with dry filters.

Main feature of the technology is its outstanding precision and repeatability, which contribute to the quality of finished Çanakcilar Seramik products. The product range includes vitreous china and fine fire-clay sanitaryware, sold under the Creavit brand name and exported to an ever-growing number of countries.
