CHUMILLAS TECHNOLOGY is going to install COLORJET 20 in ARGENTA

CHUMILLAS TECHNOLOGY will supply its latest dry powder colouring solution for use in ARGENTA’s production facility​

The Spanish company ARGENTA CERAMICA is set to install the COLORJET 20 dry colouring system from CHUMILLAS TECHNOLOGY for use on one of its porcelain tile lines. This latest investment follows on from previous orders from CHUMILLAS TECHNOLOGY for raw material reception, storage and press feeding systems and will bring Argenta significant benefits in terms of production and market competitiveness.

COLORJET 20 is the latest and most innovative dry powder colouring solution from CHUMILLAS TECHNOLOGY and achieves a production capacity of 20 tons/hour, lower energy and warehouse costs (by producing only the quantities necessary for consumption) and a simplified production line. The patented solution is capable of colouring the spray-dried powder without the need for mechanical components, guaranteeing optimal oxide distribution and excellent homogenisation of the finished product.

In addition to COLORJET 20, CHUMILLAS TECHNOLOGY’s dry colouring process also includes the OXINE line of dosing machines capable of dosing the required percentage of oxides to optimise production quality.
