CMF Technology amongst partners of Lioli Ceramica in new plant for large panels
CMF Technology of Pavullo (Modena) is one of the technology partners chosen by Lioli Ceramica (part of the Lexus ceramic group) to build its new plant in Morbi (Gujarat) for the production of large-format porcelain panels in sizes up to 1.6x3.2 metres.
CMF Technology will supply a modern Tech Tower for powder treatment and handling prior to the LAMGEA 44000t press from System equipped with the most innovative solutions for achieving decorative effects of high aesthetic quality. To complete the surface finishing department, Lioli has also commissioned CMF to supply a Silktile fired product honing machine capable of working on sizes of 1600x3200 mm.
The Lioli order is just one of the many received by CMF in recent months for the production of ceramic panels of high technical and aesthetic quality. A number of plant solutions for large-size tile production are at the delivery and start-up phase in Europe, Asia and the Indian subcontinent. These include complete plants for safe handling of large-size panels (equipped with Magic Table, SBox and TFlat devices), the above-mentioned Tech Towers complete with Recolor dry colouring units, Spiller Evolution decorating units and Flaker granulators.
Thanks to these excellent results based on investments and ongoing research into hi-tech solutions, CMF Technology expects to close the second half of the year with significant growth in revenues.
