Cmf Technology: efficiency in the storing technology

New large work orders are arriving from the automation sector. As a result of recent contracts stipulated in Italy and other countries, CMF Technology will be engaged in the design and production of the new efficient Tflat and Roflat fired tiles storage units.

The new fired tiles storage units built by CMF Technology, especially the Roflat units, are distinguished by a high production rate and mechanical simplicity. The thirteenth Roflat unit will soon be installed at the ceramics company Elizabeth in Brazil; it will be able to safely handle up to 20,000 m² of single-fired tiles per day.

Elizabeth's storage facility is also equipped with Pegaso units, which are powerful laser-guided vehicles that are able to achieve speeds of up to 108 meters per minute with loads of 15 tons.

This operating and systems efficiency translates into the optimization of production costs, which is particularly important in a highly competitive market such as Brazil.
