Daytona acquires Cemar and Egizia brand

12/09/03 - The Ceramiche Daytona Group recently acquired the brand names of the ceramic companies Cemar and Egizia of Solignano (Modena).
The Daytona Group, led by chairman and majority shareholder Giovanni Vandelli, also acquired the warehouse (about 1,100,000 sq.m of material) and pledged that it would take on about fifteen employees of the company.

In 2002 the Cemar and Egizia brand names generated a total turnover of about 23 million euro.
