Dry range from Tecno Diamant drives sales
Tecno Diamant concludes a year of strong export growth and consolidation of its internationalisation strategy.
Tecno Diamant, a company specialising in the production of diamond tools for porcelain tiles, single fired tiles and natural stone, is celebrating the end of an excellent year in which it has completed a number of major international projects. Between February and April it opened the refurbished Tecno Diamant Iberica branch in Almazora, a modern facility with technical and sales offices and a warehouse capable of meeting the needs of the Spanish ceramic industry, as well as the new Moscow sales office and warehouse intended to serve the entire Eastern European region.
The hard work on the part of the sales network coupled with the company’s internationalisation strategy have led to a sharp increase in exports (+60%) and growth in market shares in North America, South America and Southeast Asia. These achievements owe much to the intense R&D efforts focused on Dry technology, the new diamond grinding wheels for dry cutting and grinding of tiles and slabs which are increasingly in demand from the world’s largest ceramic groups.
The new Dry range of completely eco-friendly tools with high removal performance and speed was officially unveiled at Tecnargilla 2018, where Tecno Diamant saw an approximately 25% increase in numbers of visitors with respect to 2016.
