Dry Tech from Manfredini e Schianchi at Viglacera for the fourth time

Viglacera Ha Long, a well-known Vietnamese manufacturer of fast fired extruded terracotta tiles, has renewed its trust in Dry Tech Heavy Clay preparation technology from Manfredini & Schianchi with the fourth order in less than 15 years.

The product quality achieved with the existing installations prompted the company to once again opt for the efficiency of dry grinding with PIG/8/HD dryer and PIG/8/A dryer hammer mills.

This technology produces an outgoing particle size that is ideal both for eliminating impurities deriving from calcium carbonate granules and for ensuring high performance in the subsequent drying and firing processes.

The end result is a tile with the natural appeal of clay and the possibility of enhancing the surface with designs and a range of applications.
