Easy Color from LB becomes established in India

LB Officine Meccaniche has supplied an Easy Color system for continuous dry colouring of ceramic bodies to Kajaria Ceramics, the largest Indian tile producer with a production capacity of 46 million sq.m a year and a total of 7 manufacturing units.

This installation confirms that the Indian market is following the trend of dry colouring the tile body prior to glazing, a technology that was introduced by LB and is already well established in Europe.

The plant was installed in the Sikandrabad factory and began production in June.
