Edson Gaidzinski new chairman of Anfacer

Edson Gaidzinski is the new chairman of Anfacer, the Brazilian ceramic tile manufacturers’ association. Representing the third generation at the helm of Eliane, the largest Brazilian ceramic tile manufacturer, Gaidzinski, 42, took over as executive chairman of the family-owned company in February 2006.

During 2007, Eliane produced 31.5 million sq.m of tiles in its ten factories and generated a consolidated turnover of around 208 million euro. The company also produces thin-sets and mortars for tile installation.
