Federica Minozzi appointed Cavaliere del Lavoro
Federica Minozzi, CEO of Iris Ceramica Group, is among the 25 new recipients of the title Cavaliere del Lavoro (Knight of Labour) appointed by the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella.
This honour, awarded to individuals who have made a significant contribution to Italy’s economic and social development, recognises Federica Minozzi’s distinguished professional career and entrepreneurial achievements. With more than two decades at the helm of Iris Ceramica Group, her leadership has been defined by a bold, forward-looking vision focused on reimagining ceramics to improve the relationship between people and the environment.
“Being appointed Cavaliere del Lavoro is a profound honour that I accept with immense gratitude and responsibility,” said Federica Minozzi. “This recognition celebrates initiative, courage and entrepreneurial vision alongside social and environmental commitment, values that have shaped our Group ever since my father founded Iris Ceramica back in 1961. From the very beginning, we’ve aimed to serve as cultural ambassadors, as doing business also means promoting values deeply rooted in our local identity while at the same time looking to the future. This harmonious balance between tradition and innovation will continue to guide our entrepreneurial journey.”
