First X-Tech at Cersaie

21/09/07 - X-Tech, a young research company for the ceramic sector, founded through the initiative of the engineering company Gruppo Nexus and four ceramic sanitaryware producers, will make its debut at Cersaie in a week’s time.

The information corners about the laboratory’s activity will be present in the stands of the four ceramic sanitaryware producer companies, Disegno Ceramica Pav. 29 stand B96, Flaminia Pav. 34 stand E49, Galassia Pav. 34 stand G27 and F28, Simas Pav. 30 stand C13.

X-Tech is operative in the industrial ceramics and research for advanced non-metallic materials sectors. Strong due to the collaboration and co-partnership of engineers, chemists, developers and technicians with long time experience in the ceramic sector, X-Tech has achieved important results in the use of ceramics completely outside the typical production sector of the Civita Castellana district, like for example micro-fusion supports in soluble ceramic, used in the aeronautic and automobile sector.

At the same time the laboratory research team is active in the area more closely related to the production of sanitaryware and kitchenware, where it is working on the development of self-cleaning and anti-bacteria waterproof varnishes.
