Future Ceramics chooses LB technology

The Saudi Arabian ceramic tile producer will install an Easy Color Boost colouring unit on its new porcelain tile production line.

Future Ceramics, a well-known Saudi Arabian ceramic tile producer, has commissioned LB to supply a new Easy Color Boost colouring unit for installation in the existing facility currently being converted from the production of red body tiles to medium and medium-large size technical porcelain tiles. The new line is due to begin production by the summer of 2023.

For the raw materials preparation department, Future Ceramics opted for the reliability of the technical solution proposed by LB, a material treatment technology that does not cause any mechanical stress to the powders and guarantees the highest possible quality. Added to this is the advantage of an extremely compact layout which can easily be integrated into the existing facility, as well as guaranteed continuity in the supply of spare parts.

This is LB’s second shipment of an Easy Color Boost dry colouring system to Saudi Arabia in the space of just a few months, a clear indication of the market interest in the Italian company’s solutions.
