Gaiotto supplies systems to Civita Castellana

The ability to recover 99% of excess glaze without the need to use water or adopt expensive purification systems is one of the main technical characteristics of the dry glazing booths from Gaiotto Automation.
The systems have been installed in the facilities of three important sanitaryware industry companies operating in the Civita Castellana district, Ceramica Flaminia, Ceramica Catalano and Gsi. Thanks to a plant with an extremely high level of filtration capable of operating completely automatically and without the use of water, they have avoided the need to install purification systems alongside the production line.
The dry glazing system delivers high ecological performance (the recovered glaze is collected by a dedicated tank and reintroduced into the production cycle), while the machine’s self-cleaning capability ensures low maintenance costs.
