Garoll supplies press to Harsa Sanitary Ware (Israel)

19/01/04 -Garoll has supplied a new HPC-201/90 press to Harsa Sanitary Ware of Beer Sheva (Israel). The new press produces washbasins and joins an existing press used to produce cisterns.

The two presses work in conjunction with a robot, which uses two different tools to perform its ancillary activity of demoulding cast pieces from the machines. The Garoll HPC-201 press casting unit is used for the production of sanitaryware with two-part moulds.

Like all HPC series presses, it features a deformation control mould closure system to minimise deformation of the mould closing surfaces, essential for mould tightness. The HPC-201 press casting system also has extremely small dimensions in relation to its throughput.
