Giacobazzi acquires 100% stake in Impronta Italgraniti
The company was formed in 1998 following the merger of Impronta and Italgraniti, two industrial firms that had been operating since 1975 and 1994 respectively under the brand names Impronta, Italgraniti and Cotto Castelvetro.
Impronta Italgraniti has always been strongly oriented towards product and process innovation (it recently installed the Sacmi Group’s new “Continua” production line) and now counts more than 500 employees, two factories and a branch in the United States (Impronta Italgraniti USA, opened in 1999 in the state of Virginia).
The company closed fiscal 2003 with a turnover of almost 104 million euro and a production of 7.765 million square metres.
