GP Service supplies plant to British Ceramic Tile (UK)

The cutting-edge fast double firing plant built through cooperation between UK firm British Ceramic Tile and Sassuolo-based ceramic machinery manufacturer GP Service will reach full-scale operation over the next few months. One of the most modern fast double firing production plants in Europe, it will produce body and spray-dried powder on the basis of just-in-time raw materials flows.

The partnership between British Ceramic Tile and GP Service began in 1998 with construction of the first fast double firing plant and subsequent expansion of the UK factory. Over the years, British Ceramic has benefited from GP Service's know-how for the design and construction of new plants, for the choice of technical and technological solutions and the most suitable machines for production, and for interacting with suppliers of engineering and latest-generation technology.
