GranitiFiandre celebrates its 50th anniversary

On 12 May this year Graniti Fiandre celebrated its fiftieth anniversary, a half century in which the Castellarano-based company has continued to pursue its ultimate goal of excellence.

A total of 400 guests from all over the world attended the event, which was held in conjunction with the annual spring Open Day. Alongside new product launches, guests had the opportunity to attend a fascinating roundtable discussion entitled “Dialogues between fantasy and reality: creativity in the design of well-being” which hosted prominent figures from the field of architecture and design. Alongside Chairman Graziano Verdi, speakers included managing director Ettore Mocchetti, architect Luca Drago and designer Matteo Nunziati, who discussed the concept of well-being in their specific fields of activity and the way in which it relates to the current needs of architecture and design given the growing awareness of ecology and environmental sustainability.
