For in growth: new courses at Cersaie
The Cerform division recorded a participation of over 500 people at the inter-company courses, 150 companies which took part in the initiatives, more than 1,300 people listed in the projects, started and financed through Fondimpresa (which has recently lowered to 12,000 Euro the roof value of financed instruction through the training account).
During these first months of activity, courses have been extended to all departments of the ceramic sector. The training is not aimed only at tile producers, who remain however the main market, but also to brick producers.
At Cersaie, For will present a series of courses specifically for ceramic and brick materials resellers in general, planned and created in collaboration with the leading sector magazine, Tile Italia.
The evolving of the training has been favoured by the tight collaboration with all of the main associations of the ceramic sector, Confindustria Ceramica, Acimac, Andil and Sercomated, service centre for brick distribution.
Among other initiatives planned for the autumn season for the ceramic tiles sector is a new edition of the established ‘Trend Setter’ for Research and Development directors, and an executive program for production managers on the Lean Production applied to ceramic production.
