Higher international participation than ever at ceramitec 2015
ceramitec 2015, to be held in Munich from 20 to 23 October, will be even more international in its reach than the previous edition held in 2012.
Some 60% of exhibitors will be from foreign countries, including South Korea which will be taking part in the show for the first time with a joint booth.
Italy will once again occupy the largest space (about 2,700 m2), while the Chinese companies will be exhibiting in two joint booths with a total space of 700 m2.
France will also be represented in a 400 m2 joint booth organised by the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Limoges et de la Haute-Vienne.
The individual trade show segments have also seen considerable growth. The "Technical Ceramics" segment has expanded by 43%, the "Powder Metallurgy" segment by 28% and the "Research" area by 31%, while the "Machinery, Equipment and Devices for Fine and Refractory Ceramics" segment has grown by 15%.
Some of the best-known exhibitors who have already signed up are the Saint Gobain group, the raw materials producers Amberger Kaolinwerke, Grothe Rohstoffe, Imerys Fused Minerals Villach, Reimbold & Strick, Stephan Schmidt and Zschimmer & Schwarz, and the plant manufacturers Bongioanni Macchine, Dorst Technologies, Händle, Hans Lingl, Keller HCW, Eirich, Sabo, Sacmi and Schunk Ingenieurkeramik.
