I.C.F & Welko anticipates strong two-year results
30% growth in sales revenues is expected in 2022 amid growing demand for new energy-efficient solutions for kilns and dryers. The latest new products will be showcased at Tecna 2022 in Rimini.
Following a strong performance in 2021, ICF & Welko of Maranello (MO) is looking ahead to another two-year period of rapid expansion thanks to the company restructure carried out by the new management and a new sales strategy based on a more extensive presence across a number of markets, particularly Italy, Spain and Germany.
CEO Roberto Magnani expects the company to meet its revenue targets in 2022 with around 30% year-on-year growth and to maintain double-digit growth rates in 2023, despite the growing difficulties experienced by the ceramic sector. Gradual but steady growth is forecast in global markets over the next few years, in part due to the synergy between the companies belonging to the Keda Group, of which ICF & Welko is a member while maintaining its own management, commercial and technical independence.
While ICF & Welko also supplies technologies to other manufacturing sectors, its sales and orders have recently been boosted by the surge in demand from the ceramic industry for more energy-efficient plants, especially in the drying and firing departments. A large portion of the company’s research efforts are focused on combustion technology and on the development of new burners for thermal machines running on both natural gas and hydrogen. The first test installations carried out on customers’ kilns and dryers have shown important results in terms of energy savings.
ICF & Welko will be presenting these latest innovations at Tecna 2022 in Rimini from 27 to 30 September.
