Ideal standard Italia appoints new manager

Ideal Standard Italia has announced the appointment of Gustavo Minacci as the new general manager for sales and marketing of the Belgian bathroom sector multinational.
Minacci acquired professional experience during 16 years at Whirlpool Europe, where he held a number of positions, most recently general manager of Whirlpool Russia. He also took a masters in business administration (MBA) with "honors distinction" at the University of Chicago, further improving his economic and managerial knowledge.

Ideal Standard Italia is part of the Brussels-based Ideal Standard International Group which operates in more than 30 countries and supplies integrated bathroom solutions for residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
In Italy it sells its products under the Ideal Standard and Ceramica Dolomite brand names. The Milan-based company employs 2,000 people and operates in five factories: Brescia, Orcenico, Roccasecca, Gozzano and Trichiana.
