Indian company Accord Vitrified chooses solutions from CMF Technology

Following on from its excellent 2017 performance in the Indian market, CMF Technology has made a flying start to 2018 with a major new agreement with Accord Vitrified, a ceramic tile producer founded in Morbi in 2007.
Following an in-depth analysis of the plant engineering solutions available on the market, the Indian tile producer commissioned the Pavullo, Italy-based company to build a modern Tech Tower to feed the pressing department. The new dosing and feeding systems will feed different mixtures of coloured powders to a System Lamgea pressing line for the production of large-size porcelain tiles and to a traditional high-tonnage press for large size tiles.
Alongside the Tech Tower systems, CMF Technology will also built the fired product storage plant, consisting of TFLAT panel loading/unloading machines and powerful Pegaso laser-guided vehicles which will fully automate the end-of-line tile handling stage.
The agreement with Accord Vitrified consolidates CMF’s excellent position amongst producers of large-size ceramic tiles using Lamgea, more than 90% of whom have chosen CMF Technology’s plant engineering solutions.
