Industrie Fincuoghi: growth in 2007 and environmental certification
Industrie Fincuoghi has announced two important achievements in the lead-up to Cersaie. Well known for its brand names Edilcuoghi, Edilgres Sirio, Campani and Aquileia, the Italian group closed fiscal 2007 with slight year-on-year turnover growth to 110.5 million euro. Above all, however, it reported a rise in exports, which now account for 59% of turnover.
The company has also achieved environmental success by obtaining the important ISO 1400:2004 certification from the international agency DNV. In particular, DNV has issued certification for all the company’s production and logistic facilities. This recognition is particularly important for the two main production facilities at Bedonia and Borgotaro which are located in an area of outstanding natural beauty renowned for its local produce, especially Parma ham and boletus mushrooms.
