Inkabor (Colorobbia Group) obtains ISO 9001:2008 certification

Inkabor, a major mining company owned by Colorobbia Group and headquartered in Arequipa (Peru), has obtained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification from Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI).

The certification is granted to all organisations with a Quality Management System that guarantees complete fulfilment of customer requirements and at the same time allows them to maintain a high level of quality and conformity with control requirements. Inkabor, which produces and distributes boron materials, is one of the few mining companies in Peru and one of the first in South America to have achieved this prestigious recognition.

During 2010 it also intends to obtain certification for its Environmental Management and Safety Management System.
