Inter Ser crowned Brazil's best parts supplier for the third time
Inter Ser celebrates 10 years of activity in the South American country by winning the award organised by Mundo Ceramico
Inter Ser, a Vercelli-based company with a logistics centre in Sassuolo, Italy which has been specialising in the distribution of original spare parts and ceramic machinery since 1996, entered the Brazilian market ten years ago and has now won the title of best spare parts supplier in Brazil for the third time in four years. Brazilian customers taking part in the annual survey conducted by the magazine Mundo Ceramico judged Inter Ser to be the best overall company in the spare parts category, winning the title with 24.2% of the vote.
The nineteenth award was presented at an official ceremony on 28 May.
“This award recognises our professionalism, reliability and expertise,” commented CEO Gian Luca Zanoni, who thanked the company’s customers as well as area manager Massimo Barale and Brazil agent Julio Vicario for their excellent work. Inter Ser’s experience in Brazil began in 2011, initially with the collaboration of André Parisi and since 2017 with Julio Vicario. “We are toasting to 10 years of successful operations in Brazil. We have grown steadily in the Brazilian market over the years and our revenues have increased steadily, an achievement we are truly proud of,” Zanoni added.
