Kale acquires total share package of KalevitRoca

During 2008 the Kale Group acquired the entire share package of the company KalevitRoca, created as a joint partnership with Roca Grupo for the production of sanitaryware.

The company, which has an annual production of 1.6 million pieces, has now taken the name of Kalevit Saniter Seramik Sanayi and will continue to sell its products under the Kale brand name.
