Kerasan installs new Comet casting line
Kerasan, a sanitary manufacturer based in Civita Castellana, recently purchased a new low-pressure casting line for plaster moulds from Comet. The line, consisting of 40 moulds, joins the 5 already present in the company's facility and will be used for casting large size WCs and bidets.
The machine's overturning facility allows it to cast WCs with the rim at the bottom so as to obtain high-quality products. The key qualities of the plant include its extreme simplicity of use, compactness (mould pitch 70 cm), ease of replacing moulds and large airflows generated by mould drying.
