LB supplies dry colouring and flake batching systems to Undefasa

Easy Color Boost Evo, the latest system developed by LB, has been installed at the Spanish company Undefasa together with a new flake batching system.

The new Easy Color Boost Evo, the latest dry colouring system developed by LB, has been in operation since December 2022 at Undefasa’s facility in Alcora (Castellón).

This is the first dry colouring system installed by the Spanish ceramic tile manufacturer with the aim of enhancing the quality and aesthetic value of its products, a goal that the company is delighted to have achieved within just one month of operation.

The main technical characteristics of ECB Evo include its robustness and the fact that it can feed multiple presses simultaneously from a single colouring unit. It also ensures high levels of performance in terms of productivity, versatility, low energy consumption and maintenance costs, positioning itself as the leading technology in its field of use.

Undefasa has also installed a flake batching plant supplied by LB’s Spanish subsidiary LB Mascerca España which allows the desired percentage of flakes to be applied to the ceramic body, thereby enhancing the added value of the finished products.
